Another transformation is complete, and the results are stunning!

This project included a full exterior refresh with detailed masonry repairs carried out across the building. Deteriorated sections were carefully restored back to solid, durable finishes, improving both strength and structural integrity throughout.

Every repair was completed with attention to detail to ensure long-term performance and to extend the life of the structure.

A building with nearly a century of history, Dr. S.J. Phillips Public School has long stood as one of the original educational landmarks in Oshawa, first opened as North Simcoe Public School in 1924.

As of 2019, we had the honour of completing exterior wall repairs on the building’s facade, carefully restoring worn areas while preserving its historic character. The work provided a refreshed exterior while helping maintain the strength and legacy of this important community landmark.
