At SKC, we’re all about the craft. 🛠️

​Every member of our field crew and management team is either a Red Seal Carpenter or is actively working through their apprenticeship—a rigorous program that combines classroom learning with 6,360 hours of hands-on, on-the-job training over 4 years.

​Supporting the next generation of builders is in our DNA. Over the years, Josh has proudly sponsored 14 apprentices, and we’re excited to keep that tradition going with our team members, Victor and Richard!
