Where is the support?

I DO NOT GET IT.

Beauty brands need to support their "peers" in Canada. I am having trouble understanding why they have been silent so far.

If not financial support at least public support on social media.

If I have missed something please DM me or comment below, because up until now, no one has heard of any grants, campaigns or lobbying efforts.

Hair coloring is the most preferred service in Canada hair salons. Hence, hair coloring occupy the largest share of 36.2% with $124.46 M revenue and is estimated to grow at a CAGR of 1.8%.

70% of overall revenue of professional hair care products is generated by direct distribution through wholesalers and distributors whereas 15% revenue is generated by distribution of products to salons by the manufacturers.

They have powerful voices. It's time for them to BAND TOGETHER in SOLIDARITY for THEIR OWN PEERS - reinforce the message that the services and the environment salons/shops provide those services in are safe and staff/guest are protected. ✳️

Write an open letter to the government, launch an online campaign -- the ways they can show their support are endless❕

These beauty professionals are the BACKBONE of the industry and deserve their vehement and unwavering support.
