We’re excited to share that the MP Lundy team raised an incredible $10,030 in support of the Ottawa Food Bank through this year’s Food Sort Challenge!

What makes this initiative so impactful is how it brings people together rolling up our sleeves, working side by side, and making a tangible difference for families in our community.

This day is a great reminder that even small actions—sorting, donating, showing up—add up to something much bigger.

A big thank you to our team for showing up with enthusiasm and heart, and to the Ottawa Food Bank for the important work they do every day to support those who need it most.

We’re excited to share continued progress on the Andrew Fleck Children’s Services Intergenerational Early Learning Centre at Perley.

As this meaningful project moves forward, several key milestones have recently been achieved:

Interior Progress:
~ Installation of flooring is underway
~ Installation of M&E fixtures within the T-bar ceiling is nearing completion
~ Millwork has been delivered

Exterior Progress:
~ Installation of siding and canopy soffit is ongoing
~ Window installation is now complete

Each step brings us closer to delivering a thoughtfully designed space that will foster connection between children, seniors, Veterans and the wider community.

With completion still on track for Spring 2026, we’re proud to be part of a project that will have a lasting impact for generations to come.

Project Progress Update – 2450 Stevenage Drive, Ottawa

We’re excited to share continued progress on our warehouse development at 2450 Stevenage Drive!

The MP Lundy Construction team has successfully reached several major milestones, with roofing, I.M.P. panels, and the slab-on-grade now fully complete—a huge step forward for the project.

With the building well enclosed, interior fit-up and mechanical & electrical work are now underway. Looking ahead, garage doors, windows, and stair installations are scheduled to take place over the next two weeks as we continue pushing toward the finish line.

Great work by the entire project team as we keep this build moving efficiently and safely. More updates to come as the space continues to take shape!

☘️ This St. Patrick’s Day, we’re proud to reflect on a project close to our roots. ☘️

In 2009, MP Lundy Construction had the honour of revitalizing and expanding the Irish Ambassador’s Residence in Rockcliffe Park. The project allowed us to celebrate Irish heritage while delivering the highest standards of craftsmanship on a historic stone residence.

Through collaboration and value engineering, our team preserved the original design, enhanced the building to modern standards, and delivered exceptional quality throughout.
