We're in the final stretch at our 2450 Stevenage Drive project in Ottawa!

This 24,000 sq. ft. warehouse, featuring 2,400 sq. ft. of modern office space, is nearing completion as the team focuses on the final details.

✔️ Rooftop units have been installed
✔️ Building energization is complete
✔️ Interior finishes are complete and now in the deficiency phase
✔️ Final occupancy documentation is in progress
✔️ Civil works are continuing on site

A big thank you to our project team, trade partners, and everyone involved for their dedication and hard work in bringing this project to life. We're looking forward to reaching the finish line and delivering another quality facility for our client.

We are pleased to share that construction on the Andrew Fleck Children’s Service Intergenerational Early Learning Centre at Perley Health is completed.

This project has brought together the renovation of existing office space and a thoughtfully designed new addition, creating a welcoming and modern environment for children, Veterans, seniors, families, and the broader community.

We are proud to have been part of delivering a space that supports connection across generations and enhances the services available on site.

We’re excited to share that the MP Lundy team raised an incredible $10,030 in support of the Ottawa Food Bank through this year’s Food Sort Challenge!

What makes this initiative so impactful is how it brings people together rolling up our sleeves, working side by side, and making a tangible difference for families in our community.

This day is a great reminder that even small actions—sorting, donating, showing up—add up to something much bigger.

A big thank you to our team for showing up with enthusiasm and heart, and to the Ottawa Food Bank for the important work they do every day to support those who need it most.

We’re excited to share continued progress on the Andrew Fleck Children’s Services Intergenerational Early Learning Centre at Perley.

As this meaningful project moves forward, several key milestones have recently been achieved:

Interior Progress:
~ Installation of flooring is underway
~ Installation of M&E fixtures within the T-bar ceiling is nearing completion
~ Millwork has been delivered

Exterior Progress:
~ Installation of siding and canopy soffit is ongoing
~ Window installation is now complete

Each step brings us closer to delivering a thoughtfully designed space that will foster connection between children, seniors, Veterans and the wider community.

With completion still on track for Spring 2026, we’re proud to be part of a project that will have a lasting impact for generations to come.
