We are proud to recognize and congratulate Jeff Stanley on an outstanding milestone: 35 years with Tomlinson. We had the honour of presenting Jeff with his 35-year jacket, celebrating his longstanding dedication, industry knowledge, and many contributions to our company.
Jeff began his career at the Moodie Scales, where he worked as a scale operator and quickly became known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to supporting both customers and operations. In those early years, Jeff assisted with everything from creating haul rates to assisting customers, while ticketing major projects, including a section of Highway 416 and the Palladium interchange. His experience and leadership later led him into roles in Truck Dispatch and as Scale Supervisor.
With the opening of the Stittsville Quarry, Jeff moved into Aggregate and Asphalt Sales, where he used his customer relationship skills and deep product knowledge to build trust and long-standing relationships with customers. Throughout his career, Jeff has also played an important role in training scale personnel on four different scaling software systems. He served as a subject matter expert during the first stage of Tomlinson’s SAP implementation and helped launch APEX ticketing across our scales, supporting improvements that have had a lasting impact on our customers and operations.
