Public-sector projects demand precision, coordination, and structural expertise.

For the Meadow Park Sports Centre Addition, we delivered custom-fabricated structural steel for a $1.4M expansion supporting a new fitness space within the existing facility.

Our steel scope was critical in enabling long-span structural solutions that eliminated the need for excess columns - creating large, open floor areas that are only possible with the structural steel.

Working with TM Builders and the Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) , the project was completed on a tight timeline, on budget, and ahead of schedule.

Ever wonder why all the steel we use is red?

The colour comes from the steel’s red oxide coating that helps prevent rust. Something especially important for projects in BC given how much rain and snow we get. The coating also comes in gray, but traditionally it’s is that red you see across all our projects.

A few years ago, we supplied and installed the structural steel for the Tla’amin Nation Elders Housing Complex & CDRC and Fieldhouse Expansion.

Proud to have worked alongside Converge Construction on a build that continues to serve the community today.
