Project Manager / Estimator

COA Concrete and Construction LTD is hiring a Project Manager / Estimator to join our growing Ottawa Valley team.

We are looking for someone with strong construction knowledge who can estimate jobs, manage projects, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and keep projects organized, on budget, and on schedule.

Responsibilities
Prepare estimates and project quotes
Review drawings, plans, and job requirements
Coordinate crews, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
Track project costs, schedules, and progress
Manage change orders and project documentation
Communicate with customers throughout the project
Help ensure every job is completed properly and profitably
What We’re Looking For
Construction estimating or project management experience
Strong understanding of concrete and construction
Ability to read plans and drawings
Strong organization and communication skills
Valid driver’s licence
Comfortable working throughout the Ottawa Valley
