Strong concrete starts with proper preparation.

For this project in the Capilano area of North Vancouver, we completed the demolition, excavation, ground preparation, new base installation, compaction, and forming before moving forward with reinforcement and concrete placement.

A concrete surface is only as strong as the foundation underneath it. Proper excavation, a well-compacted gravel base, accurate forming, and correct reinforcement help reduce settlement, cracking, drainage problems, and future repairs.

Concrete repair and reconstruction after a full perimeter drain installation.

After completed the drainage work around the house, Can Concrete Ltd. came in to restore the concrete areas affected by the excavation.

Our scope included a portion of driveway replacement, trench concrete repatch, and a full set of stairs reconstruction.
