Basement progress update. 👷

The in-slab hydronic heating system is now installed and ready for the next stage of the build.

Unlike traditional forced-air systems, hydronic heating warms the home from the ground up, creating a more even and consistent temperature throughout the space.

No cold floors. No cold spots. Just steady, comfortable heat where you feel it most.

As Max says, it’s the Cadillac of heating.

Mise à jour du sous-sol. 👷

Le système de chauffage hydronique dans la dalle est maintenant installé et prêt pour la prochaine étape du projet.

Contrairement à un système de chauffage traditionnel, la chaleur part du sol et monte naturellement dans la maison. Résultat : une température plus uniforme et un meilleur confort au quotidien.

Pas de planchers froids. Pas de coins froids. Juste une chaleur constante et agréable.

Comme Max le dit : c’est le Cadillac du chauffage.

Heated floors are one of those features that make a bathroom feel completely different.

On a cold morning, stepping onto warm tile adds a level of comfort you notice every single day.

But the finished tile is only one part of the process.

Before the bathroom looks complete, the heating system has to be carefully installed, tested, and protected. Then every tile is measured and cut to fit precisely over it.

The goal is simple: create a space that looks great, feels comfortable, and performs the way it should for years to come.

Because the best results come from getting the details right before they’re covered up.

Mais ce qu’on voit à la surface n’est qu’une partie du travail.

Avant de poser la céramique, le système chauffant doit être installé, testé et bien protégé. Ensuite, chaque tuile est coupée et posée avec précision.

Progress update on the master ensuite.

The structural work is complete, and the finishing details are now taking shape. Tile installation is one of the first steps that brings the design off the plans and into the real space.

Getting the layout right, matching the pattern, and making precise cuts all play a big role in how the finished bathroom will look and feel.

We’re getting closer to the final result.
