We're Hiring!

Position: Business Development/Marketing/Admin

Hindbo Construction Group Inc. is a leading custom home builder dedicated to creating exceptional, personalized home for our clients. Our team values quality craftsmanship, integrity, and outstanding customer service. We are seeking a motivated and organized quality individual to join us in Business Development/Marketing/Admin, playing a key role in both client engagement and operational efficiency. Position Overview

This unique role combines sales expertise with office management skills. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through the custom home building process while also ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the office.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Relations
- Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts
- Meeting with potential clients to understand their vision and present our custom home solutions
- Assist with proposals, estimates, and contracts
- Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the building process

Office Management
- Assist in administrative tasks, including scheduling, document management, and correspondence
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Assist with project budgets, invoices, and basic accounting tasks
- Support project management ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently

Qualifications
- Experience in sales, preferably in real estate, construction, or home building
- Approachable personality and professional demeaner with clients and team engagements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to understand construction project management software
- Knowledge of home construction process and construction drawings is a plus
