Effective communication is crucial. Early in my career, I did not prioritize it as much as I should have.
This quick video shows a situation where I was called to address a malfunctioning makeup air unit at a restaurant, which was not heating properly. I was subcontracted by another company, and they were not present onsite; I simply sent a quick video to alert them to a potential noise complaint due to the sound of the bearings.
I appreciate the individuals who have demonstrated to me the importance of communication, my wife would say I’m still learning to communicate!
