Tough to tell this is an addition as it tied into the existing home beautifully. Some amazing clients asked about adding a bedroom and ensuite to the main floor of their 2 storey. Much easier to age in place with main floor living. Practical and adds value.
Sure is fun bringing dreams to fruition.
