While we’re definitely a little bummed not to take home Project of the Year (Under $7.5M) at the RDCA Construction Awards last night, we couldn’t be more proud of our Liberty Landing Project and the work our team put into it.

Being nominated alongside so many incredible builders in Central Alberta is an honour in itself. This industry is full of talent, and we’re proud to be part of it.

A big congratulations to Scott Builders Inc. on their win with the Paramount Gas Plant Project...well deserved 👏

And thank you to Gary and Sarah from the Red Deer Construction Association for putting on such a great night. We had a lot of fun and always appreciate the chance to connect with others in the industry.

We were glad to be there as Blair MacArthur handed over the reins to incoming President Parker Bettenson.

We have some exciting news!

Black Creek Developments has been named a finalist for the Red Deer Construction Association's Project Under 7.5 Million Award for our 10-plexes in Liberty Landing, Gasoline Alley. 🏗️👏

This project truly was a team effort. It would not have been possible without our incredible suppliers, skilled trades, dedicated contractors, and the hardworking Black Creek crew. We are proud to build alongside such a strong community of professionals.🖤
