Some days start early and end late.

That's just part of summer.

When the weather cooperates and the projects start rolling, there's a lot to get done across Northwestern Ontario. Fortunately, our crews wouldn't have it any other way.

One job at a time. One project at a time. Keep moving forward and do it right.

It's shaping up to be a busy season, and we're here for it.

Project season is on.

The trucks are rolling, the gear is loaded, and crews are back doing what they do best.

This time of year always brings a different pace. Longer days, more projects on the go, and plenty of ground to cover across Northwestern Ontario.

Whether it's overhead construction, underground infrastructure, maintaining what you have, or building something new. The goal stays the same: show up prepared, work safely, and get the job done right.

It's shaping up to be a busy season, and we're looking forward to what's ahead.

Some of the places we work aren’t easy to reach.

Remote terrain, winter conditions, and long days are part of the job, but so is the responsibility that comes with it.

We’re not just building lines or installing systems. We’re helping make sure homes stay warm, businesses stay running, and communities stay connected.

It’s work that matters, especially up here.
That’s why we do it. ⚡️

Safety isn’t a step in the process. It’s part of every job.

Before anything starts, there’s planning, checks, and making sure everyone on site knows exactly what’s happening. Once the work begins, that doesn’t change. It’s constant.

The checklist is simple, but it matters.
Do the prep. Wear the gear. Communicate clearly. Pay attention to the conditions. Look out for the people around you.

That’s how the job gets done right.

Every. Single. Time. ⚡️

Winter doesn’t slow the work down. It just changes how it gets done.

The conditions shift, the temperatures drop, but the job keeps moving.
Planning, building, and pushing projects forward, no matter what the season brings.

Now that winter’s behind us, the pace doesn’t ease up. If anything, it picks up.

More ground to cover. More work ahead.
We’re ready for it. 💥

We’re built for this time of year.

The ground opens up, the days get longer, and everything starts moving fast. Across Northwestern Ontario, projects are ramping up and crews are getting back into the field with a full season ahead.

The work you’re seeing here is from past jobs, but it’s the same standard we bring into every site. Different terrain, different conditions, same expectation.

Get in, get it done right, and keep things moving.

It’s shaping up to be a big season. We’re ready for it.

Most people who want to get into the trades don't know where to start. That's the conversation we kept having at the Chi Mino Ozhitoowin career fair in Thunder Bay, Fort Frances, and Dryden last week.

That's exactly why we built our Ground Person and Equipment Operator Program.

It's hands-on. You try the work, learn the basics, and get a real feel for what the job looks like day to day - before you're thrown in the deep end. Built for people who want actual experience, not just a certificate.

Thinking about getting into the trades? Reach out or send us a message. We're always open to the conversation.

Northline Energy Services was very pleased to have the opportunity to visit Wunnumin Lake. We were able to share the skills and experiences of the Powerline Technician trade. A big shout out to Johnny Mamakeesick for helping make this happen and to the community that had us as their guests! We hope to help these young people find a way to power the north!!!
