🤯 These are rough numbers but the picture is clear, we are in trouble.

Not to say that things won’t get built, it’s just going to cost a whole lot more money and take a lot longer as availability of skilled labour continues to diminish.

This also doesn’t take into account the facts that:

- not all apprentices complete their program and
- people change industries before they retire

Talk about job security! And opportunity for those that want to be part of the solution.
