I've see so many belt skimmers and disc skimmers that fail to do an adequate job of removing tramp oil that I no longer quote these to customers. Instead, I have found that these Nexjen1500 coalescers do a much better job and if properly maintained, are much better for ensuring efficient tramp oil removal than the traditional skimmers. And, they can easily be moved from one machine to another. Customers ordering Nexjen1500 within the GTA can also receive free installation.

ES-Bore Fine Boring Lay Down Cartridge
Wohlhaupter's fine boring lay down cartridges—ES-Bore—can easily be mounted onto the body of a custom tool while the dimensions allow the cartridge to fit on existing bodies and replace current lay down cartridges in addition to providing 3E TECH+ functionality. When used with standard Wohlhaupter components, the lay down cartridge has a diameter range of 1.1" – 128.0" (28 mm – 3200 mm); however, a maximum boring range cannot be defined for custom boring tools as the range is unlimited and depends on the application.

Most people are familiar with Allied Machine's T-A spade drills as a go-to solution for general purpose and versatility. A newer upgrade called T-A Pro is a high performance evolution of the original drill and designed to bridge the gap between traditional spade drills and high end solid carbide drills. The primary difference to the user lies in its speed and coolant efficiency, since it can run roughly 30% faster than the original- much faster than what users would normally associate with a spade drill. With material specific geometries, new coatings, improved coolant and body design (up to 15xD lengths off the shelf), these drills are not the T-A drills you may be familiar with.
