Yesterday, I officially filed my nomination to run for Ward 7 Councillor for the City of Markham.
This journey is not just about an election — it is about continuing to serve our community with dedication, transparency, and strong leadership. Ward 7 deserves a voice that listens, understands the needs of residents, and works tirelessly to build a stronger and more united community for everyone.
This time around, I had a thoughtful conversation with Aranee, and we agreed on the importance of coming together to support my candidacy. With that, she has decided to step aside, and I’m truly grateful for her support, leadership, and commitment to our community.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of serving and supporting our community through volunteer work, local involvement, and helping families across Markham. With your support, I am ready to bring that same commitment and energy to City Hall.
Thank you to everyone who has encouraged, supported, and believed in me throughout this journey. Your trust means a lot to me.
I look forward to connecting with residents across Ward 7 in the coming weeks and hearing your ideas, concerns, and vision for our community.
Together, let’s build a stronger future for Ward 7.
