Introducing Generations Rising: An Indigenous Scholarship & Mentorship Program

At Agnico Eagle, we believe in investing in the next generation of Indigenous leaders. We’re proud to launch Generations Rising, a new Indigenous Scholarship & Mentorship Program that reflects Agnico Eagle's Reconciliation Action Plan, specifically Pillar 2 - Commitment to Education (Action 11). Eligible students receive up to $10,000 CAD per year for up to four years, along with mentorship, career development, and meaningful connections across Agnico Eagle.

Generations Rising welcomes students from all the regions where Agnico Eagle operates who are pursuing a wide range of paths - trades, health sciences, business, engineering, environmental studies, education, communications, Indigenous and community relations, and more.

This program reflects our commitment to educational success and creating opportunities that strengthen Indigenous communities today and for generations to come.

Présentation de Soutenir la prochaine génération : un programme de bourses et de mentorat pour les Autochtones

Chez Agnico Eagle, nous croyons en l’importance d’investir dans la prochaine génération de leaders autochtones. Nous sommes fiers de lancer Générations émergentes, un nouveau programme de bourses d’études et de mentorat pour les Autochtones qui reflète le Plan d’action pour la réconciliation d’Agnico Eagle, en particulier le pilier 2 sur l’engagement en matière de formation (Action 11). Les étudiants admissibles reçoivent jusqu’à 10 000 $ CA par année pendant un maximum de quatre ans, ainsi que du mentorat, du perfectionnement professionnel et des liens significatifs au sein d’Agnico Eagle.

Générations émergentes accueille des étudiants de toutes les régions où Agnico Eagle exerce ses activités et qui poursuivent une vaste gamme de parcours : métiers spécialisés, sciences de la santé, affaires, ingénierie, études environnementales, éducation, communications, relations avec les Autochtones et les communautés, et plus encore.

Ce programme s’inscrit dans notre engagement en matière de réussite éducative et de création de possibilités qui renforcent les communautés autochtones d’aujourd’hui et pour les générations à venir.
