A licensed Professional Engineer, Aaron brings more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing operations, quality, and product development, including packaging equipment and custom automation.

At ProMach, Aaron led engineering for a packaging equipment business before building a new business unit and launching manufacturing sites in China and the United States. Most recently, he led Kreestone Engineering, helping companies improve throughput and profitability while developing AI tools for manufacturing operations.

His combination of engineering expertise, business leadership and commitment to innovation will be a valuable addition as we continue helping customers connect primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging.

Condensed milk may look simple, but packaging it efficiently takes the right combination of speed, precision, and gentle product handling.

Our WCP-30 Wrap Around Case Packer is designed to do exactly that. Whether running 6, 12, or 24 count case configurations, the system can package up to 40 cases per minute while keeping products flowing smoothly from start to finish.

Features like servo-driven product diversion, precise case staging and reliable DELTA-style robotic top loading ensure every case is packed accurately. Mechanical robot tooling is specifically designed to handle cans with loose-fitting lids, while top and side guides, along with integrated back pressure release, protect product integrity throughout the process.

The result? Consistent, high-quality cases that are securely sealed with hot melt glue and ready for distribution.

Last Friday, we took some time away from the day-to-day to celebrate the incredible people who make our company what it is.

Our annual company BBQ was a great opportunity to recognize our team's hard work, connect outside the workplace, and enjoy an afternoon filled with delicious food, friendly competition, sports, games, and plenty of laughs.

A big thank you to everyone who joined in and helped make the day such a success. We truly appreciate the dedication, teamwork, and positive energy each of you brings every day. Events like these remind us that our greatest strength is our people.
