What do you do when it's too cold to work outside? Work INSIDE, of course! We are now booking WINTER 2024 projects and are here for all your interior renovation needs. Bathroom renos are definitely our winter jam but since we don't always march to the same beat, we also renovate kitchens, install flooring (laminate, vinyl plank, tile, etc.), finish basements, you name it. OH, HEY THERE! So nice to see you! Sorry we haven't posted any project pictures lately, to say it's been a busy summer would be an understatement, but we wouldn't have it any other way!

We are just in LOVE with how this deck turned out. I mean, come on - the deck, the levels, the gazebos, the yard... and backing onto a babbling brook, no less! A beautiful spot for a beautiful deck. And as we have said before, we have the BEST clients and we could not be happier for Maureen and Gord to enjoy their beautiful outdoor retreat.

Hey Friends - we are looking to grow our team and we'd like your help! Since we have THE BEST clients and followers, we know you are up for the task of helping us find a new addition to Team Screw It. If you know someone who might be a good fit, please share!

We are on the hunt for a full-time experienced Journeyman. What exactly do we mean by that? We are looking for an experienced worker in the construction trade.

Qualifications – we are looking for someone who:
- has previous experience* in a similar role (minimum of 2-5 years would be great);
- has ability to lift heavy objects (think 50 lbs), able to spend time kneeling or bending, basically be physically fit or ready to become physically fit;
- has an eye for detail and takes a lot of pride in their work; and
- is fluent in English. French would be a nice bonus but is not necessary.

A few requirements:
- must have a valid driver's license and own method of transportation;
- must own a few of the basic tools (own drill, hammer, etc.); and
- must have steel toe work shoes or boots (safety first!).

Remuneration will be determined based on experience and for the right candidate, can range anywhere from $24-32/hour for ~40 hours per week. We mainly operate a Monday-Friday work week with the occasional Saturday here and there.
