Prospect Cemetery Mausoleum.

1450 St. Clair Avenue West, Toronto, Ontario

The project involved replacing the ground-to-second-floor curved curtain wall system. The original stick-built assembly was replaced with a thermally broken, unitized aluminum curtain wall system with structurally glazed IG units, improving thermal and air/moisture performance at the parapet. The project was delivered safely, within budget, and with uninterrupted occupant access. We also reconfigured the original curved stainless steel and wood handrail, preserving its character—an enhancement greatly appreciated by Ownership.

Our team recently wrapped up the Rio Verde Parkade project in Fort McMurray, where we completed traffic deck coating repairs, concrete crack sealing, and concrete delamination repairs.

Over the course of three months, the project was delivered on schedule.

6 Adelaide

Installation of overhead sidewalk protection and full height scaffolding on south and west elevations. Removal and replacement of deteriorated precast concrete sills, lintels, and misc stones as directed by structural engineer. Caulking removal and reinstatement, full cleaning of accessed facades, heritage flashing removal and replacement, parapet EIFS removal and reinstatement. Work completed on night shift in order to reduce impact to occupied tenant spaces.

Parking garage restoration project.

Full rehabilitation of podium deck at 2050 Bridletown Circle. Wholesale removal and replacement of garage roof slab overburden and waterproofing (70,000 sq ft), including supply and install of full new landscaping as designed by landscape architect. Replacement of buried expansion joint within the work area. Also, completion of localized structural concrete repairs, upgrades to drainage system and painting.
