B2Gold Nunavut invites residents of the Kitikmeot Region to attend open house meetings November 2-6, 2026. 📢 NOTE: Gjoa Haven meetings have been postponed.

B2Gold Nunavut will provide updates on the Back River Gold District and an opportunity for job seekers to meet with members of the Recruitment Team. Coffee, tea, snacks, and door prizes will be available.

A closer look at Goose Mine — and the exciting opportunities ahead!

From underground and open pit mining to processing and exploration, B2Gold's Goose Mine in Nunavut, Canada, continues to make significant progress as production ramps up.

During a recent analyst tour, visitors went behind the scenes to see this progress firsthand, meet the people driving it forward, and explore the exciting potential of the broader Back River Gold District, supported by B2Gold's $51 million exploration budget for 2026.

B2Gold Nunavut recently worked with ERM, Kugluktuk Hunters and Trappers Organization, and Fisheries and Oceans Canada on a field expedition to Bernard Harbour and Victoria Island focused on fish habitat assessment and future offsetting opportunities.

As part of the program, the team supported the final inspection of fish passage restoration projects installed in Nulahugyuk Creek to help restore the Arctic Char fishery. Thy also completed reconnaissance at the Kamigyoak and Tassijuak rivers to evaluate whether similar habitat improvement approaches could help inform future conservation planning.

This work reflects B2Gold Nunavut’s ongoing commitment to environmental stewardship, responsible mining, and collaboration with local and regulatory partners. A big thank you to the Kugluktuk HTO for all of their and guidance to make this work a success!

Thank you to everyone that participated in discussions about how we can advance responsible resource development in the Arctic which creates meaningful opportunities for Kitikmeot Inuit and Kitikmeot Communities.

B2Gold recently welcomed a group of analysts to our Goose Mine in Nunavut, Canada, for an up-close look at the progress being made across the operation and the opportunities ahead.

The visit highlighted advancements across the mine, from underground and open pit mining activities to processing operations, as Goose continues to ramp up production.

Analysts also had the opportunity to see our extensive exploration program firsthand and learn how B2Gold's $51 million 2026 exploration budget is helping unlock the significant potential of the broader Back River Gold District.

This week, B2Gold President & CEO Mike Cinnamond and SVP Randall Chatwin joined B2Gold Nunavut team members Clara, Andrew, and Alyssa in Cambridge Bay for a series of community meetings and conversations focused on the future of the Back River Gold District and our ongoing commitment to the region.

During their visit, the team shared an update at the Kitikmeot Inuit Association Annual General Meeting, connected with our community partners at the Redfish Arts Society, met with Mayor Gregory and Hamlet Council, and engaged in a meaningful discussion with Elders at the Kitikmeot Heritage Society.

A sincere thank you to everyone who welcomed us, shared their perspectives, and contributed valuable ideas. These conversations help strengthen our partnerships and guide how B2Gold can continue to support local priorities, create opportunities, and build a lasting positive legacy across the Kitikmeot Region.
