Take a look at our completed Prefabricated Addition to Nelson Elementary. Built using volumetric construction, each module is prebuilt in a factory and then assembled together on site to create a single unified space. The building is characterized by industrial styled galvanized cladding along with galvanized stairs and ramps; the use of galvanizing creates a durable maintenance free finish while also reinforcing a strong connection to natural materials.

The addition features gender neutral individual washroom compartments, a central corridor which the classrooms branch off of, and additional spaces such as a small staff room and meeting rooms.

The 5th edition of the International Architecture & Design Awards (IADA), organised by the Architecture & Design Community (ADC), has unveiled its winners. This year, 347 winning entries were selected from more than 500 shortlisted entries representing 53 countries. In the 2026 edition of IADA, our 32-storey high-rise residential project, Apex at Seylynn Village, was awarded Platinum for High Rise & Skyscraper Architecture.
