Brand new house, brand new Hardie plank! 😎

Hardie plank siding is a go-to finish here in the Okanagan for its fire resistance and look-alike traits to real wood with less maintenance.

On this project the crew gave it a nice coat of paint after filling all the install nail holes, to give it that smooth and protected final coat.

There's something really special about restaining a wood home. 🤎

Log and wood exteriors have so much character - but they do need a little extra love to stay protected through Okanagan summers and winters. When the prep is done right and the right product goes on, the results speak for themselves.

Products: Sikkens Cetol 1 (first coat) + Sikkens Cetol 2-3 (two coats) and sanded with our new festool sanders 🙌

Pergola staining and interior painting at one of our favourite spots this summer - right on Kal Lake. 😎

We used a custom Sansin SDF colour on the pergola for a finish that’s as durable as it is beautiful. The grain of the wood coming through on a dark stain like this is hard to beat.

Our crews have been working hard on exteriors all summer, but we had to stop and share this one! 😎

This stucco home in Armstrong went from a faded beige to a bold navy - and honestly what a difference!

When done right, this kind of colour change can completely transform the street presence of a home.
