Technology advances and so do the electric boilers we use to heat our homes. Old electric boilers would stage heating based on time and temperatures. New boilers with smart integrated controls now become variable heat output based on outdoor temperature. The colder it is the more heat it will send into the home.
The warmer it is the less heat your home needs. This saves money $$

One of our biggest before-and-after jobs: The original system was an oil-burning boiler from the 70s or possibly earlier. We dismantled the old equipment and had it hauled away by specialists. Then, we installed a Viessmann high-efficiency boiler and controls to bring this up to today's standards.

Before and after: high-efficiency gas furnace replaced with a dual fuel system. Gas furnace paired with a variable-speed heat pump and communicating thermostat and controls. Custom-made sheet metal transitions and large unrestricted filter box.

Before and after of this floor standing boiler. We had to custom make a stand and backing for the new condensing boiler to mount to. Customer added a bonus Heat pump system to deliver cooling needs in the summer and a back up to the boiler if needed.
