During September and October Tacora has been busy delivering donations from our annual Charity Golf Tournament to several wonderful organizations in our community:

Twin Cities 50+ Club
Encore Community Arts Association
Faith’s Haven Animal Shelter
Labrador West Ministerial Food Bank

These organizations play an important role in strengthening our community, supporting local families, enriching lives, and caring for those in need.

A big thank you to everyone who participated, sponsored, and volunteered at our Charity Golf Tournament. Your support helps make these contributions possible, allowing us to give back to the community.

At Tacora, we believe that strong communities are built by working together, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to support these incredible organizations.

🧡 National Day for Truth and Reconciliation

Today, September 30th, Tacora Resources recognizes the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

Today is an opportunity to honour the children who never returned home, the Survivors of residential schools, their families and communities, and the generations impacted by the residential school system.

At Tacora, we believe reconciliation begins with learning, listening and understanding. We encourage our employees and our communities to take time today to reflect on the history and ongoing impacts of residential schools and to consider how we can each contribute to a future built on respect, understanding and meaningful relationships.

We wear orange today to honour the message: Every Child Matters. 🧡
