After an incredible 38+ years with Larsen & Shaw, we’re celebrating the amazing career of Al McRonald.
Starting back in 1987 in the Tool & Die Department, Al quickly became the go‑to guy for anything technical. If something needed fixing, figuring out, or finessing—Al would always lend a hand. His mentorship with new employees, expertise, calm problem‑solving, and willingness to help have shaped our team in more ways than one.
On behalf of John & Gert, the Management Team, and all the staff at Larsen & Shaw, we want to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU for nearly four decades of dedication, craftsmanship, and commitment.
