There's just one month left to visit what is described as the first exhibition ever dedicated to exploring the phenomenon of X-rays and the many cultural and artistic dimensions of X-ray vision.

X-RAY: The Power of Roentgen Vision, at the UNESCO World Heritage Site Völklinger Hütte in Germany, closes on September 6. Bringing together science, medicine, art, history, and culture, it offers a unique perspective on more than 130 years of X-ray innovation.

For us, it was especially meaningful to see the exhibit featuring the first diagnostic X-rays acquired in space. Knowing that technology from KA Imaging and MinXray, Inc. helped make this milestone possible made the experience even more special. Kudos to the entire SpaceXray team!

Congratulations to the exhibition team for bringing together such a fascinating look at the science, history, and future of X-ray imaging.

The exhibition runs until September 6, 2026.

Some findings are easy to miss on a conventional chest X-ray.

In this clinical case, see how Reveal™ 35C with SpectralDR® helped a radiologist visualize **perihilar opacities** that supported the diagnosis of **fungal pneumonia**. By generating conventional, soft tissue, and bone images from a single X-ray exposure—with no added radiation dose—SpectralDR® provides additional image information to support confident image interpretation.

Can you confidently confirm central line placement from a portable chest X-ray?

In the ICU, overlapping anatomy can make catheter tips difficult to visualize on conventional AP chest X-rays.

Reveal 35C with SpectralDR generates conventional, soft tissue, and bone images from a single exposure, providing additional image information to support bedside assessment of line placement.

🎥 Watch this clinical case to see how SpectralDR helps bring greater clarity to a challenging ICU exam.

This week’s highlights our presence at the 2026 Mayo Clinic Cardiology & Radiology Innovation Summit, attended by our President and CEO, Amol Karnick, and CTO, Karim S. Karim. It was a great opportunity to connect with fellow innovators, learn about recent breakthroughs in the field, and showcase how our SpectralDR® technology is helping bring additional diagnostic information to X-ray imaging. Thank you Mayo Clinic and Mayo Clinic Business Development for the invitation and the opportunity to participate in this inspiring event.

Imaging plays an important role in monitoring patient health and supporting clinical decision-making in intensive care units (ICU).

This article explores how portable imaging is used in the ICU, why intrahospital transport reduction is an important goal in healthcare, and how spectral X-ray imaging is being studied in bedside imaging environments.

Portable ICU imaging reduces patient transport risks, improves workflow efficiency, and supports bedside care with spectral X-ray technology.

This moment at the House of Commons says more than any summary could.

In the video, the Honourable Bardish Chagger highlights the role KA Imaging is playing in advancing solutions that can truly shift health outcomes. Hearing the Honourable Randeep Sarai reinforce that message, and recognize KA Imaging as a standout example, underscores the real-world relevance of this work.

From early support by Grand Challenges Canada to national recognition, to solutions now being used in the field, this is what it looks like when innovation moves beyond concept and into impact.

Worth watching.
