perates out of 200,000 square feet of space. The company is growing rapidly and in addition to selling homes through dealers, Grandeur recently started distribution of modular homes in the local market. This recent change has brought a new dimension to Grandeur and will continue to add to the pursuit of growth and diversity. Our History:
A private manufacturing company, Grandeur is owned by shareholders and operated by a board of directors. It all began with a small group of investors in February of 1976, and in early May a new building was under construction. The original goal for Grandeur was to compete in the market by building a high quality product, which has always continued as the main goal. As time has passed, additional goals have evolved along with the Grandeur product. Adding new products while maintaining a commitment to quality has continuously created new markets for Grandeur, expanding our horizons greatly. Building custom homes was an opportunity to operate in a niche market that other builders did not want to enter. This change allowed Grandeur to become the company that it is today, a custom builder of high quality manufactured and modular homes, commercial, and industrial buildings. Memberships:
