In observance of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, BUILD offices are closed today. 📣

We believe that meaningful reconciliation is a continuous journey that requires active participation from all of us. On this Orange Shirt Day, we join in remembering and honouring the children who never returned home, the survivors, and the families whose lives remain impacted by the legacy of residential schools.

Growth begins with understanding. We encourage everyone to walk this path with an open heart and an open mind. BUILD stands firm in our long-term commitment, and we remain dedicated to doing the ongoing work required to support, uplift, and ensure everyone in our community can truly thrive and shine.

20 years of opportunity. 20 years of community. 20 years of BUILD. 🔨✨

We were thrilled to bring together our founders, trainees, employers, and community partners to celebrate BUILD’s 20th anniversary and annual awards! 🏆

For two decades, our mission has been simple: provide a real opportunity, a paycheque, practical training, and unwavering belief in someone's potential, and they will build a different future for themselves and their families.

Thank you to everyone who has helped us build a stronger community over the last 20 years!

☀️ When we build together, the impact goes further.

BUILD is proud to partner with RBC on the installation of our new 104-kilowatt solar system.

This project will generate renewable energy, support a more sustainable future, and create long-term financial benefits that can be reinvested into BUILD’s programs and the people we serve.

We’re grateful to RBC for being part of this journey and helping us turn renewable energy into lasting community impact. 🤝💚

BUILD + RBC — building a better future together.
