From our smallest 750 gallon to our largest 14,000 gallon, our skilled team of fibreglass technicians use only high quality unfilled polyester resin and fibreglass to produce your tank. Some tank manufacturers use "Wide Spec" or "B-Grade" resins to save money. These
resins are available from resin manufacturers when they have a batch that doesn't meet their quality standards. B-Grade resins are sold "As-Is" without any guarantee as to their strength or cure rate. We only use A-Grade Premium resins in our production.

UNIBODY DESIGN
Our bonded Unibody design ensures a leak proof tank with superior structural strength. Some manufacturers of fibreglass tanks use gaskets, flanges, and bolts to assemble their tanks. At Barry's Tank Distributors, we bond the tank components together with the same top quality polyester resins and fibreglass that the parts are fabricated from resulting in a completely sealed, structurally superior seamless tank. Our process of bonding the tanks eliminates the change of gasket failures.

FILLED VS. UNFILLED RESINS
We manufacture all of our fiberglass composite tanks using top quality raw materials. We do not use fillers in the production of our products . "Filled" resin is used by some manufacturers in order to reduce cost of the materials. This process involves mixing calcium carbonate dust into the resin. While inexpensive, this dust reduces how much fibreglass the resin can saturate, so the finished part contains less fiberglass. Lower fiberglass content results in a less tough, more brittle part.
