☀️🔋3,000 km, powered solely by solar energy.

One of their secret weapons: the Clinotronic S. Because when every tenth of a degree counts, precision makes all the difference.

🏎️ At the Bridgestone World Solar Challenge (BWSC) in Australia, teams race 3,000 km from Darwin to Adelaide using nothing but solar power.

One of them is aCentauri Solar Racing, a nonprofit student organization bringing together students from ETH Zurich & the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW).

With the help of the high-precision Clinotronic S, camber can be precisely adjusted, and wheel alignment can be accurately checked. This level of precision is essential for minimizing tire rolling resistance, maximizing the vehicle's energy efficiency, and achieving the optimal balance between driving stability and speed.

We are delighted to be a sponsor of the team, to support them on this project, and wish the entire aCentauri Solar Racing team every success with their preparations.

We’re also keeping our fingers crossed for them at the 2027 Bridgestone World Solar Challenge!

☀️ But quality is the foundation for that.

Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming our 🇩🇪 partner messwelk GmbH to our laboratory. As a trusted partner, messwelk GmbH provides ISO calibration certificates for our measuring instruments used by our customers in Germany. This close collaboration is built on precision, trust, and continuous dialogue.
During the visit, we welcomed the messwelk GmbH team for a training session focused on knowledge exchange and strengthening our shared understanding. Together, we reviewed the latest features of our wylerSOFT software, exchanged experiences, and took a closer look at the measurement of the ZEROMATIC, the Precision 2D block, and the perpendicularity measurement of measuring bases.
Regular training sessions and open dialogue are an important part of our commitment to quality assurance. Only by sharing knowledge and jointly building on our experiences can we ensure the highest standards and provide our customers with reliable measurement results.
