Every year, Comlux Ground Operations team supports flights to more than 400 destinations worldwide. The behind the scenes work that passengers don’t see includes making sure that every supplier meets the required Comlux safety and operational standards.

But we go beyond compliance. We believe the customer experience starts at the FBO, both on arrival and departure. For this reason, we review the full process together with our partners, including passenger handling, transportation, baggage, catering, aircraft services and departure coordination.

This time, as part of our annual Ground Operations Oversight Programme, we assessed our London airports network: Farnborough, London Luton, London Stansted, London Biggin Hill and London Southend.

These visits allow us to meet the local teams, review how the operation is managed, exchange feedback and better understand the operational environment at each airport.

Another successful BBJ sale for Comlux Transaction team! It took 3 months of effort, over 1300 emails, and many hours of calls and meetings to close this pre-owned BBJ deal but the aircraft, previously European-owned, has now officially made the move to Asia. Well done to the sales team!

And she’s back! After two months of scheduled maintenance, SkyLady is back in service and heading to pick up charter clients straight from the maintenance facility.
The summer 2026 is turning to be one of the busiest so far with the most popular destinations being London, Paris, Geneva, Shanghai, and Ibiza.

SkyLady now rejoins the rest of the Comlux fleet in delivering safe and luxurious travel solutions around the world.
