We supplied industrial explosion-proof centrifugal fans featuring aluminum alloy impellers and explosion-proof motors to a fine chemical plant's production workshop. The entire fan system is coated with white anti-corrosion paint. The client’s workshop covers approximately 8,000 square meters and primarily involves paint mixing, powder feeding, and processing chemical auxiliary materials. The existing ventilation equipment was outdated and insufficient, resulting in high temperatures, dust accumulation, stagnation of harmful gases, and numerous ventilation dead zones.
Since the workshop operates in a flammable and explosive environment, standard civilian fans lack explosion-proof capabilities and do not meet safety production standards, which presents a significant safety risk. Therefore, there is a need for a new batch of low-noise, explosion-proof, high-airflow, and corrosion-resistant industrial centrifugal ventilation equipment for improved workshop ventilation, exhaust gas removal, cooling, and dust extraction.
