Most founders treat EU compliance as a tax.

Wrong. In 2026, it's the most underpriced moat in tech.

While US-native competitors retrofit GDPR, the AI Act, NIS2, and DORA into legacy architecture, EU-native startups that bake compliance in on Day 0 walk into enterprise procurement with a 30–50% shorter sales cycle.

Compliance-by-Design is not legal posture. It's a Go-to-Market strategy.

Three reasons it compounds:

Between strategies, regulations, and international projects — there are moments that remind you why you do all of it. 🌱

Last weekend I was in Teslić, at the invitation of Omladinski klub Teslić — as part of the UN “Dialogue for the Future” project, supported by the UN Peacebuilding Fund and implemented by UNDP Bosnia and Herzegovina , UNESCO , and UNICEF Bosna i Hercegovina in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Two days of conversations with young people about digital activism, artificial intelligence, and how technology can be a tool for change — not a threat.

Helping young people navigate the AI era isn’t a professional obligation. It’s a social responsibility. And when the United Nations invests in that future — it matters even more. ✊
