SCHLÄGER IN DIE HAND & TEAMGEIST AN 💜

Nicht jede Herausforderung findet an der Rundstrickmaschine statt. Manchmal entscheidet sich Teamwork an der Tischtennisplatte. Am Donnerstag gingen zwei TERROT Teams beim 16. Chemnitzer Firmencup in der Messe Chemnitz an den Start: 🏓 DIE RUNDSTRICKER und DIE MASCHENMEISTER

An über 70 Tischtennisplatten wurde um Punkte gekämpft, aber vor allem ging es um echten Teamspirit. Dass alle Startplätze bereits zwei Monate vor Ende der Anmeldefrist vergeben waren, gab es in der Geschichte des Turniers noch nie. Ein starkes Zeichen dafür, wie wichtig gemeinsame Erlebnisse und Teamgeist sind. 🙌 Und genau darum geht es auch bei TERROT. Leistung entsteht nicht nur durch Technologie. Innovation entsteht nicht nur durch Engineering. Die besten Ergebnisse entstehen dort, wo Menschen sich vertrauen, sich gegenseitig unterstützen und gemeinsam Herausforderungen meistern.

HEUTE WURDE BEI TERROT NICHT NUR GEMEINSAM GEGRILLT. WIR HABEN AUCH BEWUSST GETEILT. 🤝

Gemeinsam mit unserem Team haben wir heute gegrillt und uns entschieden, das Grillgut auch mit der Tafel Chemnitz e.V. zu teilen. Nicht, weil etwas übrig war. Sondern weil Teilen für uns bedeutet, andere bewusst mit einzubeziehen.

Hinter einer solchen Aktion stehen Menschen, die gemeinsam organisieren, anpacken und Verantwortung übernehmen, als Team und über den eigenen Arbeitsalltag hinaus.
