This strategic structure is strengthened by two key subsidiaries:
🏭 PRUSS China ltd. – our manufacturing operation, ensuring high-quality production and operational excellence.

Two industry veterans have joined forces to redefine the control valve market:
PRUSS (135+ years of bespoke control valve expertise) and OMB Valves (leaders in industrial valve mass production).
The result? PROcv – a new generation of standardized control valves designed in Hannover, Germany and manufactured in Bergamo, Italy for global industrial applications.
