👉 Mit der Verbindungsplatte lässt sich ganz einfach eine Kreuzverbindung mit einer weiteren Achse herstellen.

Einmal einklicken – und die Klemme bleibt an ihrer Position.
Die Endklemme für PV-Module verfügt über einen praktischen Klick-Mechanismus.
Beim Eindrehen der Schraube wird die Klammer gespreizt und dadurch im Profil fixiert. Das Besondere: Die Klemme kann anschließend nicht mehr verschoben werden, obwohl sie noch nicht vollständig festgezogen ist.
So lässt sich das PV-Modul einfach bis zum Anschlag einschieben und anschließend festklemmen.

One click – and the clamp stays in place.
The end clamp for PV modules features a handy click mechanism.
Turning the screw causes the clamp to spread, thereby securing it in the profile. What makes it special is that the clamp cannot be moved afterwards, even though it has not yet been fully tightened.
This allows the PV module to be easily slid in as far as it will go and then clamped into place.

Warum Aluprofile auf der Baustelle selbst sägen, wenn sie schon passend zugeschnitten ankommen können? 😉
Die Profile werden so gewählt, dass sie oben und unten etwa 4–5 cm überstehen. Den Zuschnitt gibt es direkt fertig vorbereitet aus dem DOLD Mechatronik Shop.
Das spart Arbeit vor Ort, sorgt für einen sauberen Schnitt und vor allem: keine Aluspäne auf der Baustelle.

Why cut aluminium profiles yourself on site when they can be delivered already cut to size? 😉
The profiles are selected so that they protrude by about 4–5 cm at the top and bottom. They are available ready-cut from the DOLD Mechatronik Shop.
This saves work on site, ensures a clean cut and, above all, means no aluminium shavings on the building site.

PV-Profile verlängern? Geht. 👌
Mit den passenden Profilverbindern lassen sich horizontale Profile schnell miteinander verbinden.
Der Verbinder wird in das erste Profil eingeschoben und mit einem Kunststoffhammer fixiert. Anschließend wird das zweite Profil eingefädelt und ebenfalls eingeschlagen, bis die Verbindung geschlossen ist.

Connecting two profiles without a complicated setup? It’s possible. 👌
With the right profile connectors, horizontal profiles can be quickly joined together.
The connector is inserted into the first profile and secured with a plastic hammer. The second profile is then threaded through and also tapped into place until the joint is secure.
