The 2nd Ethiopica Coffee Show 2026 hosted the 1st Ethiopian AeroPress Championship ☕ from 25–27 June 2026.

The event brought together baristas, roasters, and coffee enthusiasts from across Ethiopia to celebrate precision brewing, creativity, consistency and flavor through the AeroPress method. It also served as a platform to showcase and advance Ethiopia’s specialty coffee culture. 🇪🇹

Visitors enjoyed public cupping sessions led by Biniyam Sinea and Tajur Alemaheyhu, exploring a diverse range of Ethiopian coffee profiles.

The competition began with 10 brewers that were judged on taste, balance, and clarity.
