Precipitation-hardening (PH) stainless steels are a family of stainless steel grades designed to deliver exceptional strength through a dedicated heat-treatment process.

Through solution annealing and subsequent ageing, PH grades such as 17-4 PH, 15-5 PH and PH 13-8Mo can be tailored to specific strength requirements while maintaining excellent dimensional stability and toughness.
