⚙️ We are testing the STRATOS 10 automatic blow‑moulding machine

We have carried out a series of test runs of the STRATOS 10 automatic blow‑moulding machine designed for the production of PET containers with the following capacities:
▪️ 6.0 L — 2000 bph
▪️ 10.0 L — 1800 bph

The test results support our ongoing efforts to further refine the project 🔧

Implementation testing underway: Electric blow molding machine OPTIMA 8 BIGGER! ⚡

The BIGGER version is equipped with an enlarged clamping unit featuring a geometric toggle-lock system. The increased dimensions of the clamping unit allow for the installation of larger mold cavities, enabling the blow molding of bottles with significantly greater width and overall dimensions. Additionally, the construction ensures long-term rigidity and precision in operation.

Volume range: From 200 ml to 2000 ml (full support for wide-profile, large-format bottles).
Process output: From 10,000 bph (for the 2.0 l format) to 14,000 bph (for the 0.5 l format)
