Say hello to Iben and Rikke 🙌

This March, we welcomed Iben and Rikke to Plant Supervision, both joining our Project Coordination team.

Following a year of significant growth in the department, we’ve introduced a new leadership role. Iben steps in as Head of Project Coordinators, taking responsibility for the day-to-day management, task allocation and coordination within the team, as well as maintaining overview of resources and planning.

At the same time, Rikke joins as Project Coordinator, becoming part of a team that now consists of seven colleagues.

They’ve both settled in quickly and already feel like a natural part of the team 💙

Together, the Project Coordination team handles all administrative aspects related to deploying supervisors on international projects — from contracts and payroll to work permits and insurance, always in compliance with local regulations.

With Iben and Rikke on board, we’re better equipped to support the growing number of projects and customers.
