⚙️ The finished equipment starts long before production
By the time a system begins to take shape in our production and assembly halls, a great deal of engineering work has already gone into it.
For our engineers, it is not only about making a solution work on screen. It must also work in practice – and under the specific conditions at each customer’s site.
That is why every solution is adapted to the individual project and the specific requirements and conditions at the customer’s facility.
In the dairy industry, hygiene and cleanability must be considered from the very beginning of the design phase. Even something as simple as minimizing horizontal surfaces plays an important role when designing for effective cleaning and CIP (Cleaning in Place).
And when the 3D model turns into stainless steel, the engineering work continues. There is an ongoing dialogue between our engineering team, fabrication workshop and assembly hall to ensure that what works on screen also works in practice.
This is just some of the work that goes into the equipment we deliver at HSV Combi. 🔧
