HE/ Minister of Petroleum & Governor of New Valley Governorate witnessed yesterday 24th December 2019 the signature between Al Wady for Phosphate Industries and a Chinese alliance, consisting of Chinese Construction Engineering Company (CSCEC) and WENGFU Group, for the construction of a phosphoric acid manufacturing complex project in Abu Tartur, New Valley governorate.

إجتماع التشاور العام الذي نظمتة شركة الوادي للصناعات الفوسفاتية والأسمدة وذلك لعرض نتائج دراسة التأثيرات البيئيه الناتجة عن إقامة مشروع إنتاج حامض الفوسفوريك الذي سيقام علي هضبة أبو طرطور بمدينة الخارجة.وذلك بحضور الأستاذة حنان مجدي نائب محافظ الوادي الجديد والمهندس خالد الغزالي حرب رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة فوسفات مصر والمهندس مدحت منير نائب رئيس مجلس الإدارة لشركة الوادي وأعضاء مجلس النواب وعدد من الخبراء والمتخصيين وكافة الأطراف المعنية بالمحافظة .
وأستمع المحافظ والحضور للشرح المقدم من مسئولي الشركة حيث تم عرض نتائج دراسة التأثيرات البيئية للمشروع التي خلصت بأن المشروع سيقام بتكولوجيا عالمية متطورة وأخذ ت في الإعتبار كافه التأثيرات المحتملة في نوعية الهواء والضوضاء وعلي الحياة البرية وحركة المرور والتي أكدت بأنه لا توجد تأثيرات سلبية من إقامتة
وأوضح المحافظ بأن المشروع يأتي في إطار اهتمام الدولة بقطاع الثروة ويتكلف نحو 20 مليار جنية ومن خلالة سيتم إحياء خط السكة الحديدية بين المنجم وميناء سفاجا بطول 685 كم والذ تم سرقته عقب ثورة 25 يناير
