Sharing Knowledge, Strengthening Expertise!
Last Friday, we held our annual mandatory technical update training at Victron Energy for the technical staff of our distributors.
This time, we had the pleasure of welcoming technical specialists from our distributors in Greece, Italy, Malta, and Gibraltar.
It was a very successful day, packed with technical updates, knowledge sharing, practical tips & tricks, and, of course, interesting discussions and experiences from the different markets
An interesting addition to the program was a presentation by Andrés Salgado, General Manager of CRE. He gave us a brief introduction to their product and how it is used in microgrid solutions, including applications in combination with Victron systems. It was a great opportunity to see how different technologies can complement each other.
After an intensive but highly productive day, everyone headed back home over the weekend with plenty of new knowledge, insights, and practical tips to put into practice.
The goal? To make sure the technical teams of our distributors are even better equipped to support their customers with the right technical knowledge, solutions, and service. Because at the end of the day, it's not just about having great products. It's also about the knowledge and expertise of the people working with them every day.
