Lillbacka Powerco Lillbacka Powerco Oy manufactures Finn-Power crimping machines, as well as hose cutting and nut crimping machines for a variety of different industries.

Finn-Power was originally founded in 1969 by Jorma Lillbacka. Hydraulic hose crimping and cutting machines were the first products manufactured by the company under the trade name Finn-Power. Each year Lillbacka Powerco Oy manufactures thousands of portable, benchtop and production model crimping machines, as well as hose cutting and nut crimping machines. Approximately 95% of Powerco's production

is exported through an international distributor network to more than 60 countries from the company's factory in Finland. Finn-Power crimping machines are produced by Lillbacka Powerco with 50 years of manufacturing experience of crimping machines. Finn-Power products have been developed to meet the requirements in a variety of different industries. They are used globally in such industries as hydraulic hoses, automotive components, construction equipment, heavy machinery, railroad, marine, electric power transmission, industrial hoses and tube, pipe, wire and cable industry, etc. Generally where ever metals, plastics, rubber, fiberglass, wood and ropes are joined or formed Finn-Power products are being used. Hello, owner of an FP, NC, or SP model Finn-Power crimper – this is for you!

At the beginning of March, we introduced our new VS/IS Control Replacement Package, designed to extend the service life of your crimper and elevate its performance to a new level with the new SCC control system.

The package includes:
🔹Latest SCC control unit
🔹New potentiometer and updated electrical components
🔹Updated CE documentation
🔹Full CE compliance verification before delivery

The machine is shipped to us in Finland. We carry out pre-testing, assess any mechanical maintenance needs, and replace the existing system with a new, modern SCC control and fully renewed electronics.

Finally, we perform any necessary mechanical servicing, test the machine’s performance and safety, and update the machine’s CE documentation. The customer gets back a modernized machine – elevating productivity, precision, usability, compliance, safety, and digital readiness to a whole new level 🏆

What a week we’ve had in Düsseldorf! ✨ We’re proud to have once again shown trade fair visitors, in a concrete way, just how much can be achieved with the Finn-Power product range – all with the absolute quality we are known for. The live demos we held throughout the week drew a steady stream of interested visitors to our stand, and gave us the opportunity to enjoy many valuable conversations and encounters with both new and familiar faces 🤝
