Experienced Roofer & Tiler – Full-Time Position
Location: Duraseal Ltd - Aberdare
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Start Date: Immediate
About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Roofer & Tiler to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience across all aspects of roofing, including pitched roofs, tiling, repairs, and maintenance. You’ll be working on a variety of domestic and commercial projects, so a high standard of workmanship and professionalism is essential.
Key Responsibilities
• Carry out roofing and tiling installations, repairs, and refurbishments
• Work confidently with slate, clay, and concrete tiles
• Diagnose and fix leaks and general roofing issues
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
• Liaise with clients and team members in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
• Proven experience as a roofer and tiler
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials and techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence preferred
• CSCS card desirable but not essential
• Good communication and problem solving skills
