We always welcome a new addition to TRBI, and our latest one is already being put to work!

We’ve recently invested in our own white lining laser machine, which is currently busy on one of our school projects in Sheffield. Bringing some of our lighter lining works in house gives us greater flexibility, helps us respond quickly to our clients’ needs and gives us even more control when programming works.

The only problem? One of our team has commandeered it and enjoys using it so much that we may now need to find someone to replace him in his old role… 😂

It’s the details that bring a space like this together!

A closer look at the pool area at the new spa at The Mere, where every element has been carefully considered to create a luxurious, cohesive finish.

From the colour and finish of the pool tiles to the striking copper ceiling above, the materials were chosen to complement one another and tie in beautifully with the wider spa design. The way the copper tones reflect across the water adds another dimension to the space and really shows the level of thought that went into the overall finish.

A fantastic project for the TR Building & Interiors team to be part of, and a great example of what can be achieved when design, materials and craftsmanship all work together.

While many projects are coming to a close, we’re already preparing for the next phase.

This summer, we’ll be delivering seven projects across the education sector, with works carefully programmed throughout the school holidays to ensure everything is completed and ready for students’ return. The projects include bathroom refurbishments, vinyl flooring, decorating, joinery, lighting upgrades and car park white lining works.

Alongside this, we’re mobilising for a major project across 14 railway stations in the North of England for an existing client. The works will involve the removal and application of more than 15,000 linear metres of line marking in a live rail environment, where meticulous planning and coordination are essential.

Projects of this scale don’t happen overnight. Months of preparation, detailed programming and close collaboration take place long before our teams arrive on site, ensuring every project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

It’s shaping up to be another busy summer, and we’re looking forward to getting started!

What a day for everyone involved. Today, The Mere officially opens its doors, and we’re incredibly proud to have helped bring this outstanding project to life.

From carefully restoring the historic Gatehouse and creating beautiful office spaces while preserving its original character, to delivering the stunning new spa and gym, it’s been a privilege to work on a project of this scale and quality.

The finished result speaks for itself. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, creating a truly luxurious space that sets a new standard for wellness and hospitality.

Projects like this don’t happen without an incredible team. We’d like to say a huge thank you to every member of the TR Building & Interiors team, our trusted contractors, suppliers and everyone who has contributed behind the scenes.
