Running a small business comes with a lot of highs... and the occasional tough moment.

Yesterday, I received my first 1 star review on Etsy, and it was hard to read - especially when the issue wasn’t with the product itself.

I know that this a part of putting yourself out there. Not every experience will be perfect and I always want my customers to have the best experience possible.
