Our team of Energy Champions working across Central Bedfordshire are part of the Community Energy Pathways Leaving No-One Behind project. We’ve only been going 18 months but have delivered over 100 home visits and had over 1000 home energy conversations.

Our energy advice project 'Leaving No One Behind' in collaboration with UK Power Networks reached over 24,000 people between 2024 and 2026.

At a time when consumers have continued to struggle with the cost of energy and a lack of clear direction on how to reduce their energy use, our network of community Energy Champions has been there to support them.

Community energy is one of the most practical ways to cut bills, reduce emissions, and keep value in local areas - but there are still barriers holding it back. This campaign is about helping unlock that potential. It’s a campaign called Up the Energy that’s all about supporting local communities to generate and benefit from their own clean energy. They’ve just launched a crowdfunder with match funding, so anything people give goes twice as far in supporting new community energy projects. Can you donate?
